Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remainder is to be paid by the stipulated date in your booking. Flexible instalments can also be agreed upon at the time of booking. Please keep up with the scheduled instalment dates as these guarantee a smooth booking process and that your place on the retreat is confirmed. Please notify Zami Collective with more than 120 days notice of the trip to receive a 50% refund of payments made to Zami Collective (minus non-refundable deposit). Any permitted refunds will incur a 3% processing fee. Any cancellations after this period are non-refundable. All deposits are non-refundable. All packages are non-transferable.

Force Majeure Disclaimer

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the supplier’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other acts of God, the supplier shall not be held liable for any disruptions or cancellations of the retreat. Zami Collective is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated. Deposits paid by attendees are non-refundable under such circumstances. This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Insurance and liability

In the unlikely event that this trip has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to extraordinary travel circumstances such as security travel warnings, Zami Collective will not be held responsible for the impact of such changes on individual travel arrangements. Personal travel and health insurance that cover medical care are compulsory for participants to join our retreats and we advise you to book insurance at the time of booking to ensure that any disruptions are covered. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred during the retreat. Guests are responsible for their own possessions and should take appropriate precautions to safeguard them.
